There are 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a fantastic open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room spread across three floors. The handcrafted kitchen has everything you'll need throughout your stay. The built-in eating room with a reclaimed oak bench is ideal for social events. The private yard with an Indian stone terrace is accessed by black aluminium doors. Parking is available in the driveway.

We are conveniently located approximately three miles from the city centre. It takes about 5-10 minutes to take a cab into town. A fantastic bus service is only a few minutes away. Fallowfield is a hip, dynamic suburb with independent cafes, boutiques, and bars. We are also about a mile from West Didsbury's fashionable Burton Road.
Buses to the city and airport run continuously from nearby Wilmslow Road. The nearest train station is about a kilometre away on Mauldeth Road.

In the event of a booking cancellation, we offer guests a flexible cancellation policy dependent on when notice is given. Guests are eligible to a refund without incurring any charges if cancellation is made one week prior to the intended check-in date.
